A premium market place for Shorthorn feeder cattle, the JBS Thousand Guineas program requires that cattle reach a minimum AusMeat marble score 2. Improving marbling has been a breeding goal at Futurity for many years. There are 50 Shorthorn bulls that are in the Top 30% of the breed for marbling, backed by data from carcase tested sires progeny.
