Very placid, easy fleshing and doing young sire that stands on great structure. We used Thunderstruck as a yearling last spring on first calf cows for his ideal phenotype backed by an excellent data set. This young sire will produce easy finishing cattle of low birth weight, with good growth excellent carcass quality. Note: he is a carrier of BPA (Progressive Ataxia), a recessive condition which shouldn’t be of concern to cross breeders. Not recommended in purebred herds.
